Dr. Rowan is amazing! He is easy to talk to and very quick and efficient with surgery. He also doesn't push unnecessary procedures. Linda, his assistant, is also great and was able to answer all of my questions. The office staff was very friendly and, other than a little wait (which is normal for appointments later in the day), I had no problems getting checked in/out. The only reason I deducted a star is that I was told I'd get a call within a week after my surgery to give me additional details and I never got one, so I called and left a message. It has been a week since I called with no return call. They specifically state in the automated msg (multiple times) only to leave ONE message, so other than calling and hoping to get a live person, there's not much else I can do until my follow-

Wonderful Doctor but TERRIBLE EMPLOYEES. Doc told me I had Plantor Facitis & I needed Power Steps. At first I declined got outside & thought i better try them for $50.00. The cashier told me I had 30 days to return if they didn’t work. Within 30 days I returned them and Yvonne that’s what Katie said her name was called the Billing Manager & she said it was a 10 day refund policy. So I asked her why does it say 30 days on the box? Smacked her lips and hung the phone & preceded with the refund. Going back & forth for about 5 minutes. Kendall told me I would get a refund. Tasha called & left a message stating she didn’t see my payment & someone told her I didn’t purchase, people talk and don’t know all the details. Had to be the nurse, I don’t know her name. Dr. Rowan took great care of my son with a toe issue. I think a lot of these lower reviews are related to the office staff. Dr. Rowan is knowledgeable, caring and a great doctor, and deserves 5 stars.

Absolutely terrible experience. I called to make an appointment, having been there before, the girl asked my condition, verified all of my current info, changed my insurance carrier, gave me an appointment. I arrive to find out they do not take my insurance, had to wait about 10 minutes to talk to some very rude lady in the office, who could care less that I took off work, spent my time money and gas to be treated in a most unprofessional and medical manner. These people have no customer service at all and you would think after all that, the doctor could have worked something mutually beneficial out with me due to the incompetence on his end, but now i have to file in small claims court for my wasted time!!!

Called to make a appointment and gave them all the information off my health insurance card ,that they asked for. I arrived on that day with all same information. Gave information to front desk and was told that I didn't have health insurance and was told I had to pay out of pocket. So I tried explain how I have insurance and was told pay out of pocket or reschedule appointment. So I really need to see doc bad for my feet problem,so I was forced to pay out of pocket then was told to call my insurance tomorrow.i called my health insurance company and was told everything I gave them should of worked.
