I have been seeing Dr. Phillips for over 28 years. Dr. Phillips is a superb dentist with broad knowledge and experience in practically all areas of dentistry. He is thoughtful, skillful, and thorough. Dr. Phillips always strives to provide the best possible outcome for his patients. Dr. Phillips is ethical and conscientious. Dr. Phillips’ calm and friendly demeanor makes it a pleasure to visit his office. The hygienists and staff are excellent and very friendly. I recommend Dr. Phillips and his practice enthusiastically. He has a broad understanding of dental health, and shows a genuine interest in his patients, and has great patience--combined with his outstanding communication skills, this really put me at ease. He also receives my vote for the most ethical dentist I have ever met and has earned my trust. The staff is also fantastic--talented, super friendly, and helpful!

It is always an amazing experience to the dentist when I am under the care of Dr. Phillips and his staff. I received my usual cleaning with Tran, Dr. Phillips's hygienist, and I can tell you that it was such a smooth and great experience. She is professional, gentle on my gum and teeth, and educates me on preventative care and how I can continue to improve on dental care. In addition to the cleaning, Dr. Phillips had provided me with retainers that have a dual use of a night guard. He was extremely attentive to the comfort of the retainers and walked me through the process during the fitting process. I have been trying different dentists each year, some of my own accord and some because my primary provider lists change each year even while my health plan remains unchanged. I found Dr. Phillips last year and after cleanings, fillings and veneers, I am convinced he is a "keeper". You are first struck by his friendly manner and efficiency, and with time, you realize he is also a constant learner and up to date on the latest advances in dentistry. I've been going to Dr Phillips since 2006, when I moved to DC. He's been terrific. Professional, friendly, competent and accommodating. That's also true for the entire staff. Angel - one the hygienists - has also been superb. I have since moved to Florida, but I often fly to DC and work my Dentist appointments into the schedule. Great experience.
