Most awesome experience! Beautiful office aesthetic. Super friendly and helpful staff. I never have to wait to be seen. Dr Saloom is very nice and easy to talk to. Him and his team make it extremely pleasant and I look forward to my visit every year! Highly recommend ♥️

Very rude staff! I was in their parking lot researching if I should do a Lasik surgery with them. Two staff came to meet me in the parking lot one after the other harassing me, saying I could not park in a parking space for their office (a potential customer), the second lady even said she would call a police. The surprising thing to me is that their parking lot was completely empty! That harassment/experience helped conclude my research. I decided not to go with this facility based on the staff behavior.

I have been coming to Doctor Saloom's office for over 10 years. The staff is always courteous, equipment is always clean and handled properly, and the Doctor is very knowledgeable. I have had many procedures performed here, including removal and scar tissue from my lip caused by a childhood accident. The work was performed so well that you can't even tell there is a scar there. My glasses and contacts precriptions have always been correct, and I have never had a long wait before being seen for my appointments.

Doctor has great personality and takes his time in explaining and answering all your questions. He was the only one to help me with my dry eye problems. Others just thought I should live with it and would recommend over the counter drops. Dr. Saloom suggested tear plugs, got it approved by my insurance and performed the procedure. It’s been a year and my dry eye problem has disappeared. His staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. Wouldn’t change him for the world.

Dr. Saloom apparently has a lack of communication skills. I have never been more insulted by any one than I was with Dr. Saloom. Going to him since at least 2007 or before. I have never been told to come every 3-4 months, been going every six months. During this time I have also seen Dr. Heigle who Saloom sent me to. I accurately saw a Dr. every 4 months. If he wanted me there 3-4 months then the receptionist should have been informed to make an appt. for me while I was there, but no when I ask she couldn't make that far ahead. I have a life, no time to do it his way. Dr. Saloom has done me a favor by releasing me so I can find a competent communicator for a Dr. I have always taken care of my eyes, always used drops, never neglected that and Dr. made assumption I did not, well pressur
