Russel Bleiler DMD

Today was my second time getting an extraction from Dr. Bleiler, the first time was several years ago. Ive been having some dental pain lately and started at another local dentist (dr bleiler only does extractions and implants or i would've come here first) the other dentist talked to me like a used car salesman and quickly came up with a dental plan that was rushed, expensive and unrealistic. He wanted to push the implant process at the same time as extraction and i couldnt afford it (not the best insurance). Since i knew an extraction and implant were needed i went to Dr Bleiler for a second opinion and new plan. Right away his super personable staff set got me in and got a new consultation. Although I did have to wait for quite a while, it was absolutely worth any wait. I had to have my rear bottom molar removed. It was broken under the gum line. While have the full head X-ray done Dr Bleiler also found a cyst that needed to be removed. It is just about 30 hours since I had both removed and I have yet to feel any pain. I can't even say I'm feeling discomfort. I did not feel any pain from the time I sat in the chair until this moment. Dr Bleiler took his time finding a good vein for the IV and I felt the beginning of the needle go in and the next thing I knew I was awake and ready to go home. The whole thing was over. I didn't feel a thing. I highly recommend Dr Bleiler should you have any oral surgery needs. This is not the first time I've been to Dr Bleiler and I have to say

This place is an absolute joke. I had to call three times to schedule an appointment, they just kept telling me someone would call me back and never did. I then finally got an appointment, changed my work schedule, changed my child's school days and her work days. Along with purchasing any after care she needed for the teeth removal. This place called me less than 24 hours before the appointment to tell me they don't take her insurance, but would do the procedure out of pocket for $3955!!!!! SCAMMERS! I provided my insurance at the time of making the appointment, which was a week ago. The office staff and probably the oral surgeon are rude, unorganized and unprofessional. But based on all of their other terrible reviews, I guess I should of expected that. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

Dr. Bleiler and his office are the best. Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my teeth he did a phenomenal job! Highly recommend

Still here waiting but I must start this 1 star with the lack of customer service provided the front desk. We got here about 30 minutes early for an 11 am appointment, currently 12:55 and we have had to ask twice about the delay. Oh surgery was held up and pushed everything back. They have no care of your time , come at your own risk, clear out your schedule and hope for the best. I wish I could just leave and find another surgeon for my child.
