Rushville Nursing And Rehab Center

I'm a very understanding individual and do not usually speak my mind but this is not a rehab center let alone a nursing center. If you have a loved one, please do not take them here. This is somewhere you take someone to die not get better. I was lied to repeatedly by the nurses, The worst excuse for food I have ever seen, cockroach on the food they had brought to the room, if you were lucky enough to locate a CNA if needed, they would tell you I will be right back and never show. I spoke with the Culbertson Hospital staff and they see patients dead and barely alive due to neglect from this nursing home facility. My father fell out of bed and who knows how long he was on the floor and I would have never known except another visitor was there and overheard shift change nurse telling

Horrible care and leadership doesn’t seem concerned. I wouldn’t kennel my dog there. Staffing is always an issue but good staff don’t want to risk losing their licenses to work there.

THE WORST NURSING HOME. Please never take a family member there. They’re extremely negligent
