Rush Urgent Care - North & Harlem

Terrible experience. I was left in a room after being checked in for well over an hour. They billed me in advance and eventually I just left. When I left they said "weren't we waiting for your results?" - results from what?! I was never even seen. They obviously just completely forgot about me. This place just wants your money and does not care that you are there. I would HIGHLY recommend going anywhere else. I will never go back.

Brought my son in today & had just an amazing experience. We were in and out in about 1.5hr. Please if you are having minor health issues please go to urgent care and not the ER, as they are there for life threatening health issues and concerns. If you can walk, breath, and/or have chest pain associated with a cough, go to urgent care. Less the wait, with everything handled for you. Much love to RUSH urgent care & a big THANK YOU to the entire team there.

Horrible service, please avoid it if you can. I was here with my daughter and had problems with prescription pick up pharmacy, I couldn't get the prescription for half a day and had to drive back and forth because there is no possible way to reach the urgent care on phone.

Do not go here for immediate care. My senior mother attempted to get care here today and they told her they’re not taking any more patients at 2:30pm (they close at 7pm). The Rush website says to check MyChart for wait times and I did for her — it said it was a 6 minute wait. Extremely rude in the process and offer no alternative advice. I’ve been trying to get my parents to switch all their care to Rush but this was way too upsetting for them to even consider now.

I received good care here but just got a bill for literally 10x the amount I was charged by Midwest Express for a similar visit. Will never be coming back.
