If you want results, dont go to her. Condescending and rude, very off topic. Didn’t talk about my bloodwork and was very focused on something else we didn’t tell her to talk about. Never again!

Let me start off by saying I don’t understand the negative reviews at all! Dr Gill is smart and knowledgeable. She is excellent with children. I came in with my 4 month old who was first diagnosed with a milk allergy and wasn’t eating. After chatting and seeing my baby it turned out to be reflux. She prescribed her a med and got her on the correct formula and she is like night and day. Also wants her off the med as soon as possible so doesn’t even want to increase the dose as she grows older unless absolutely needed. We also came in with my sister and her kid to help me at my appointment because my husband couldn’t be there. Super accommodating and so sweet to my niece who was so interested and curious. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

If you want to see results don’t bother going to her. Undoubtedly the worst doctor. She saw my toddler for stomach related issue. Instead of telling us to potty train him she wanted to keep him on meds for as long as possible. She was like don’t even think about potty training him. We felt completely unheard and dismissed. The moment my child got potty trained all his issues are gone.

Gill have been treating my daughter for GERD for about 3 - 4 years. I would only see her every 6months. I was always skeptical about her condescendent ways but my 9y daughter needed the treatment. Until my last visit, she told me that she can report me for child neglect only because I was not comfortable vaccinating my daughter for covid YET. How am I a neglectful parent when my daughter is up to date with all of her other vaccines? And i'm at a doctor's office(specialist) seeking help? And how am I suppose to trust a doctor with this mindset to do a endoscopy procedure on my daughter? Needless to say, when they call to schedule the procedure, I declined. NEVER again.

Terrible customer service. Took off from work to make this appointment. Right before leaving my 16 month old had a potty accident which of course takes time to change the outfit of a toddler. At 2:15 I called the office to let them know I was running behind due to this and no one answered so, I left a voicemail. After fighting New Brunswick traffic I make it there 25 minutes after my scheduled time. I walk in and suddenly I’m told the 15 minute late policy that I wasn’t initially disclosed when I scheduled the appointment. I notified them that I called and left a voicemail, the receptionist confirmed I called the correct number and still tried to scheduled an appointment two weeks out. I advised her that if I had known no one was going to take us, I wouldn’t have taken the time and energy
