Unfortunately, I was a patient of Dr. Grand and found out the practice was sold when I showed up for my annual. The hygienist was not very pleasant, they consistently have issues with the computers and equipment. Currently searching for another dental practice in the area. Won't go back.

Worst dental office I have ever experienced over my entire lifetime. Dr Grand sold her dental practice and the new dental practice is terrible and has been a problem since day one. Their computer system is inconsistent and they don’t send text message reminders like it use to. They also can’t keep phone numbers straight in their system because they keep calling my work phone instead of my proper cell phone. Apparently, I was late for an appointment since information was incorrectly communicated to me. The receptionist’s response to me was “I would have never given you that appointment time, you must have not heard me correctly.” Extremely rude and unprofessional and not the right way to handle a situation with your patients. Dr. Grand is highly professional, patient, friendly and extremely detailed in her dental work. Her staff is also very welcoming and works diligently at a fast pace. Cleanings are quick and easy, and the cosmetic whitening that I received came out beautifully. I trust her 100% with any other dental procedure I may need in the future. I am very happy to have found this dental office.
