⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From the moment we arrived, the service was absolutely top notch. The receptionist was incredibly kind and attentive he could tell my mom was in a lot of pain, brought her straight to a room, handled the check-in process, and even came in afterward to explain everything clearly. That level of care meant so much to us. RN Abigail was so personable and truly tried to uplift the mood during a very stressful time, which we really appreciated. X-ray tech Kendall was amazing she took all the correct precautions, made sure to get the right images, and was extremely gentle and patient throughout the process. Most of the staff here are quite rude. I dont get my meds even if they are to help me with my mental health. If I do it's really late at night today is 11/15/25 and it's after 1030am and still have not received my meds. I feel like im not cared for here and mistreated. I shouldn't have to feel alone and in fact I do. Not getting my meds is very uncalled for. If I could I would not even give this hospital a 1 star. I would rather not give it a star at all.

Our 8 year old son tripped and fell over a bean bag chair before he went to bed. At 1:30am he woke up in terrible pain. We headed to the hospital at 2am figuring we would be there all night. From the minute we walked in, thru X Ray, casting, and discharge everyone was so nice and understanding and efficient. We walked in the hospital at 2:20am and walked out at 3:30am - just over an hour in and out. We couldn’t be more thankful for everyone working there from the nurse, to admin, to doctors. Super nice. Thank you

One of the worst experiences in a hospital i have ever had. The doctor literally said to my wife "well you look ok" I mean that is so unprofessional. Also at times it appeared the nurses were playing hide and go seek with the dr because they came in and said oh just looking for the dr. The equipment is so outdated they kept coming into the room to get medical equipment from a paper tray on the wall. This hospital needs a major upgrade or to just shut it down. I would rather take a 45 minute ambulance ride to lewiston with a limb hanging off my body then go to this location. Just a ridiculous experience also missed major medical concerns and pushed us out the door because she looked fine. Administering IVs incorrectly and potentially contaminating the blood.

You can't actually get help form them. I was seen and got a referral. When I call the referral they said " we can't take it or even see you because you have Maine Care" so I bring it up to the reception and she shrugs and said we sent it nothing we can do basically turned me away. Uncaring,non supportive go to a different hospital stay far from this one
