I have known Peter and Patti Rugg for about 3 years now. They have a specific vision to make the world a healthy place one person at a time. I love that both Patti and Peter practice what they preach and live them what they teach. I have witnessed them doing yoga, taking vitamins that work for their body issues and engaging in overall good health practices.
