Do not come here the front desk is rude and the nurses and doctors I came in expressing my concern and pretty much was told go to hospital we can’t do nothing de didn’t even do the normal check up like month ears etc he check breathing after my wife said something Peter he’s a PA isn’t friendly at all and didn’t care made me feel less than never will come back again

I was in pain with a sprained ankle, the check in process was terrible all three front desk staff were rude and had a nasty attitude because two other people showed up. They wanted to close and go home but they couldn’t since more people were showing up. They did not want to do their job and was very rude when I was on the phone and they were forcing me to sign papers I didnt want to sign. All I was getting from them was ugh another one ugh its a MVA. Another staff who was nice and doing her job came out and called me to the back while the front desk said well we are not done we still need her to sign didnt explain to me what I was signing for. I didn't even get a cast or bandage to wrap my ankle

I was so sick and needed urgent care this place was so packed on a Saturday morning. There were no seats available and I had to stand up while waiting to be called to register. The doctors and staff are okay they are nice is just so overwhelming to see so many people sick and the waiting time over 3 hours long. I know is flu season maybe they need more help and better management. I would have to say that since I wrote this review the service has gotten quicker and much better.

this place is unreal. extremely rude customer service. i waited in the waiting room for over an hour, waited in the actual doctors room for 40 minutes with no one checking up making sure my daughter and i were good. the moment i ask for an update the most rudest short white man i believe name was Dan cut me off while speaking and walked away rudely. i immediately packed my daugher up and left. without being seen. this is ridiculous. mfs should not be at work if you’re that miserable!
