RRH Pulmonary Medicine

I love my provider in Pulmonary who spends more time with me than any other provider. He is very nice and makes me feel comfortable and safe with any decisions - treatment options I choose…. Would never go elsewhere! Even the receptionist is amazing!

Absolutely terrible. Had me with an intern instead of a real doctor, which is okay because he need to learn. At the same time they blew every thing off and said I was too young for everything because I'm only 40. I had a CT scan done by Rochester General Hospital where they found two masses on my lung along with emphysema and COPD. I also had a referral to a Cancer Institute appointment, I'm guessing to start the process of trying to get a biopsy done. That only did this place give the impression that they really weren't concerned about my problems and that I was too young for them, but they also reached out and canceled the appointment that the emergency room made to the Cancer Institute. My initial appointment here was supposed to be getting a breathing evaluation done, and all they did

I agree with the other reviews. Office staff is inefgicient. Phone calls are not returned. Tests the doctor asked me to have were not scheduled. I had the ask a second time for an asthma test. It was 3 months from now. Too long to wait when I have difficulty breathing.

Absolutely deplorable phone and customer service. Office staff are very poor at returning phone calls or directing inquiries. Some can be rude or disinterested in patient concerns. For example; I called yesterday and asked for a prescription follow up and was not called back. I tried again today, 3:45 pm, was told I was next in queue 30 second hold time and as 4 pm rolled around was hung up on, called immediately back and as luck would have it, the office is now closed….complete garbage.
