I've used this office for my general practice medical needs for years and my kids have all moved to them, as well, after they graduated from Pediatrics. I've had nothing but positive experience with all of the professionals as well as the office staff. I've seen Dr Ahmed a few times, who is professional and easy to understand and took time with me, but I normally see one of the Physician's Asst, Jennifer Coleman, who I feel very confident is "on" any issues I might have and never rushes me. I've also been seen by the other PA, Kaleigh Argentieri, who I also like. Luckily, have never had any super serious medical issues, but there have been a few things that have come up that they've immediately sent me to a specialist to have checked out, which ended up being a good thing. I followed Dr Watkins from her previous office in Honeoye Falls . Had an appt today and found both the nurse and the receptionist ( Kim ) very helpful prior to my appt

I have been treated with the upmost respect by the dr. And p.a . The office staff is horrendous. They don't answer the phone when you call. They will lie and make you feel like your an inconvenience to them. I was told I was placed on a call list over a month ago and called and was notified that I wasn't on this list. Paper work will not be filled out if it is not a "paper work" appointment. I was never informed of this and now have to wait to be seen again to get it filled out. One of the worst reception staff on record.

Nurse was blatantly homophobic. Very upset over this. If you don't like working with the public based on your biases, don't work with the public.
