Easy to get an appointment, sometimes the wait at the office is a little longer than I’d like but I love Dr. Fostano! She’s the best, very helpful with prescriptions and referrals. The assistant Karly is super friendly too, overall great office.

I hope to continue to be Kati Sisson's patient for many years to come! Bergen Family Medicine is phenomenal! The ladies upfront are very kind, friendly, and compassionate. The nurses have been wonderful too! I'm not sure how to even put into words how awesome Kati is! She truly cares about you and getting to the bottom of whatever health issues. She has been the first practitioner who makes me feel heard, comfortable, and that a solution can be found. She is very knowledgeable and just an all around amazing care giver. She has helped me through some really hard times! I always feel comfortable here and the ladies upfront really do add to the pleasant experience. I highly recommend this practice. Dr. Wheeler is a military medical veteran (Bronze Star recipient) who is so good that I followed her from Webster to Bergen, NY. She is extremely competent, compassionate, and honest. The administrative and nursing staff displays the same qualities as Dr. Wheeler. My medical questions, via phone messages, to the nursing staff are returned promptly. I truly feel like the staff goes the extra mile for me. I have always been seen early or right at my scheduled appointment. I cant say enough good things about this practice.

Ever since Rochester Regional health took over it hasn’t been the same. I seem to come across issues ALL THE TIME from paperwork not being processed and having to fill it out again a second or even third time. And my prescriptions are always being sent to the wrong pharmacy even though I have indicated on multiple occasions where I would like my prescriptions sent. I changed pharmacies a year ago and it is still being sent to the wrong place. My dad prescription suddenly changed without any notice. Apparently the most recent prescription sent over was from the doctors office so the pharmacy filled it as it indicated on the script. My dad couldn’t understand why they would change it without his knowledge? I miss how it use to be. I had NO problems whatsoever with how it was run before Roche

Dont bother. I made one call to ask about a pediatrician and if they accept new patients. The lady answered back with a snappy exuberant voice WE HAVE NO pediatricians! As if she was talking to a child i asked one question be professional.
