I am very satisfied with Dr. Suzana’s work. She showed excellent care, professionalism, and great attention to detail. I especially want to mention that when my front tooth broke, I was able to get an appointment within just a few hours and receive the help I needed. I am truly grateful for the quick response and high-quality treatment!

Extremely approachable, kind, sincere, and very good at their professions. The staff makes you feel comfortable, and as much fear as I had going in (needed A LOT of dental work) they could not have helped me more to reestablish my confidence and function for my teeth and mouth health. Truly changed my perspective on dentists in general, but the staff is what makes this place special. Very professional, but also very very kind.

I think this place has too many patients. I think they are overwhelmed up front with having to schedule out so far for what is supposed to be the next six month cleaning not having anything available for at least ten months. They are doing the best they can. It is so hard to find a dentist office thst accepts Medicaid so everyone is being referred here and this has been an ongoing probably for at least a decade and a half. Nys has to change something around, it is not fair for people to want to have their mouths taken care of regularly. I will say tho, that I certainly do not need the negative opinionated comments from the hygenist about my mouth after I have stated that I haven't been seen in a year bc nobody was accepting new patients after my old dentist dropped me without warning! Please be on top of new patient appts. My 83 yo father had a new patient appt at 8am today and was turned away after hygienist and doctor reviewed his medical records that morning. First, Hygienist Sue came out stating he had cancer, which is incorrect, so she went back to speak to the dentist and came back and said he needed medical clearance first since he was recently discharged from the hospital. I understand the latter, but why was his account not reviewed at least the day prior? I received an office text asking to confirm the appt 3 days ahead of today's appt so someone should have notified us ahead of time. Very inconvenient for seniors and the caregivers who are taking them! Rescheduled in the office and the first available is July! Canceled my mom's appt which was right after
