RRH Canal Park Family Medicine

I cannot write enough good words about this place. They have the KINDEST office staff I have ever encountered, and I walk away from every appointment feeling like they genuinely care for my wellbeing. I have literally never once had even a remotely negative encounter with anyone there, and trust me, I call a lot. Dr. Etterle is the best doctor I have ever had- he listens to every complaint/issue I have with great attention no matter how small. I walk away with a plan/answers every single time. This kind of practice is super rare, so if you find yourself in their care, consider yourself very lucky!

I have nothing but good things to say about Canal Park Medicine. The receptionist staff are always friendly in person and on the phone. The nursing staff are also very friendly and knowledgeable. I see Dr Etterle. He is a very friendly, knowledgeable doctor who listens. I never feel rushed durning my visit and he always listens to any concerns I might have. I highly recommend Canal park family medicine if you are looking for professional and friendly healthcare.

Very kind and compassionate staff. Always the nicest folks. However, they do not take cash, but this is not the choice of this office. These good people have no say in this matter, so take it up with someone else. Look at the big sign above the welcome desk for who to contact about how to pay the bill.

My family recently made the switch to this practice. We have all had a good experience so far with everyone at this practice. The check in/check out process is quick and easy with the friendly staff at the counter. Laura the Nurse Practitioner, Dr Etterly and the nurses have all been great.

These people are completely horrible. No one follows up on your lab results. Then when you reach out to them on the portal they don't respond. Don't waste your time going to them. Nothing will get done, and they'll just make excuses about being short staffed when you call
