I saw this dentist office about three years ago and I sat in the lobby for about four hours before somebody even saw me and then they still didn’t even see me and I said to myself I would never go back while it’s just because I have state insurance that’s why and it’s not right that they treat people like that but I guess I have no choice because you know nobody around here takes state insurance and it’s kind of ridiculous I have to deal with this because just because of New York State sucks. I don’t think it’s right we should be able to go to wherever we feel comfortable and it’s kind of ridiculous that people can treat another human being like that four hours I sat in that lobby and I said I would never go back, but I guess I have no choice

Wish they had a No Star option here! TERRIBLE! Went in for an emergency visit. They did a simple exam on someone else first while the patient was crying in tears! 2 hours later and still no pain relief! Terrible chair side manner too! Wouldn't send an enemy of mine here!

Heather at the front desk is extremely rude and unproffesional in person and told me TO COME BACK BECAUSE SHES ON LUNCH! Tried calling a few times later in the week to get NO ANSWER. As well as no callback ROFL. Just the worst. Do not go here because nothing will happen lol.

I would really honestly give this place 0 stars first visit I listened to a little girl screaming bloody Mary and got horrible bedside manners 2nd visit I went in for a cleaning dr ordered 1st visit even tho two teeth broke to the gumline no surgery scheduled he claims can be done in office hygienist cleaned around teeth now roots exposed

I had a tooth filled at lyon dental clinic at nye rd and the put the white filling and it matches my other teethi am happy with the results
