I have been working in healthcare, specifically working with seniors, for about five years. I have seen Robin and her team on many instances help seniors that were needing advice on Medicare coverage, Medicaid applications, asset protection, and many other issues. Now I am able to tell a different story… A more personal one. About eight months ago Robin and her team helped one of my own family members. Just yesterday my relative, whose husband was placed in a long-term care facility in 2018, raved about Robin and her team. She was so thankful that a proper power of attorney and asset protection was put in place. June, 2020 - I met Robin while seeking ALF placement for my father who had been admitted to LRMC hospital. Within 2 hours she met me in the emergency room, assisted me with the various assisted living facilities in terms of making a decision as to which facility could meet Dad's needs. She stayed in touch even after dad's ALF placement making sure he was settled and doing well. Throughout this process my dad and I have felt like she was a member of our family. I strongly recommend Robin to anyone facing these types of circumstances. I's not easy that's for sure! She's a HUGE help and has an attitude that she will handle everything she can at her end, thereby allowing the family to be free of any stressors that she can handle herself.
