I have my whole family seeing Dr. Peterson for our Dental care, we have seen a few other Dentists and we have now found a Dentist my whole family is very happy with. My wife states that she is very happy with the entire staff and their professionalism and with their prompt follow up care. The Dental Hygienist, Michelle, was "AWESOME" with my 4 year old daughter, truly had my 4 year old very comfortable and relaxed. My 4 year old has asked when she gets to go back for her next appointment, because her experience was so enjoyable. My teen age daughters are very happy with their care as well, and are happy that they will be able to get their braces taken care of here in Winslow and not have to travel to Show Low or Flagstaff to get braces, something i am happy about as well. My wife and I have been going to see Dr. Peterson and his staff for almost 3 years. We have found them all to be knowledgeable, helpful and kind. My wife is especially happy, because she has had dental care in the past that was not up to the standards that Dr. Peterson's practice provides. My family and I all appreciate Dr. Peterson sooooo much! He's not only our family dentist but he's also our family orthodontist. His entire staff is amazing, always friendly and efficient! A nice, clean and happy environment. We couldn't be happier!

While he is an excellent dentist when it comes to working on your teeth, I feel his bedside manner is not the best. He is not very comforting to a person who deals with extreme dental phobia, he isn't reassuring, or acts like he even cares about the patient. Not to mention, he sighs the whole time he's working on your teeth, which does not help the anxiety of someone feeling anxious. Does it really matter if he's great at fixing teeth, if his bedside manner sucks?

This dental office is Amazing! Dr. Peterson is very gentle and lets you know what he is doing. It is also very clean. The staff is incredible! We are very lucky to have them in Winslow!
