I have to say that my brother and I were pleasantly surprised. They are really trying there. They are making the place look nicer and everyone there is extremely nice. They took great care of my father while he was there and even provided PT on the weekends

Great facility! Staff is so pleasant. Rodolfo was such a pleasure to deal with and did everything in his power to help me and my family. This facility is clean, supportive, and truly focused on helping people get better.

I strongly recommend not placing your loved ones in Royal Palm Beach Rehab. My experience there was extremely disappointing. Personal items, including my dad’s phone, went missing — and even though the staff claimed they were taking the matter seriously, they never truly searched for it or helped resolve the issue when I was there. The phone was gone all day. My phone was still showing as being located inside the facility and active, then moved to a house right behind the facility. So it was 100% stolen by a crew member and lucky we didn't continue with prosecution. They “miss placed” my dads glasses and some clothes too. SOO MANY STOLEN ITEMS. This place should be shut down! The staff’s attitude was dismissive and disrespectful, and I felt completely unheard throughout the situation. The

The good reviews are fake. I'd give zero stars if I could. I'm in this place right now. It's 10:05 right now and no breakfast yet no. No bath, same gown for days. Never got a toothbrush or comb. No water. Cnas are holding the wall up instead of refilling water. Manager won't answer the phone. I'm supposed to have assistance to use the bathroom but it takes 30 minutes. I just go by myself now. Don't go here. The reviews are misleading!

I have been to two other places like this and this is the nicest! They answer fast when I call and I can tell the staff cares. They are so sweet and caring and it is quiet and peaceful. The therapy team is great too. They take their time with me but they also motivate me to get stronger. Even the director Melissa comes and asks me how I’m doing and really listens to me. I also like the food, it is always tasty and if I want something different they always have other options. I would give it 10 stars if I could!
