Royal Meadow View

Our experience with Royal Meadow View has been excellent. The building is clean, secure, and well maintained. There are several community rooms the residents can visit with their families which are comfortable and inviting. The food served here has been balanced and nutritious, and my family member enjoys his meals very much. What makes Royal Meadow View special is the caring staff. The front desk staff (Felipe and Rene) are so friendly and welcoming, it’s a wonderful way to start the visit. Nurse Lucy P. has been phenomenal from the moment we first arrived and has been consistently attentive, caring, and friendly with every visit. My 92 year old mother fractured her shoulder while dancing. After a nice stay at Lawrence General Hospital it was time to find a rehab. Royal Meadow View in North Reading came up. I’ve lived in North Reading for 51 years and never had any reason to visit the facility. My initial visit was with the administrator Karen. She was very welcoming and informative. I was very pleased with the accommodations and especially the patient’s rooms. The very cheerful scheduler Serena also made us feel so welcome. My mother was approved for rehab there. The nursing staff is so pleasant and helpful with all her needs. Bill, Cindy and Carline are her nurses. Her physical therapists Jess, Claribel and Kathy have been very carefully considering my mother’s age. And I must add the food is always plentiful and

This my second review (2nd parent is now in this facility). The staff are top notch - dedicated, knowledgeable, hard working and very caring. And, they're excellent problem solvers and there's no shortage of patient needs problems to solve. Of all of the facilities my parents were in, there's never been a medication problem (amazing and appreciated). The facility is very clean and they're always on top of things. Strongly recommend!

Thank you isn't enough for all who cared for me during my stay, the staff did everything and more to make me feel comfortable. Their thoughtfulness, encouragement and care went above and beyond. I don't think i could get better care at home (and I have a caring family!) It would be an honor to recommend your facility to anyone.

I was really hesitant about going to a rehab facility after my stay at Winchester hospital but when I got to Meadowview I was suprised how much I was capable of doing with therapy and how motivating they were. I love the trainers, the nurses and the patients because you get to meet other rehab patients. My stay here has been better than expected.
