HORRIBLE! If I could give this place ZERO STARS I would! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE be careful and take the initiative to do research on facilities before you send your loved ones. They continuously changed the name of their facility, Renamed (Avant Rehab & Care Center ) CHECK THE REVIEWS OUT UNDER THAT NAME !!!!!!!!!!!. They use pictures only of the main lobby first floor on one side of facility to deceive you in thinking that is how it is throughout the rest of the floors within facility. 3rd floor (lock down floor) is an absolutely mess and needs to be in a horror film. EVERYONE WHO WORKS THE FLOOR never knows code to let you in/out which is more importantly a fire hazard . ( so you’re practically standing there waiting several minutes) . My name is Ginger Smith and I was here for the first time recently to visit a very dear friend. I was very impressed. It's a very clean, quiet facility. The staff members I met were very nice. It's very nicely decorated. The residents rooms are very clean compared to other nursing homes. If it wasn't so far away from my home I would consider moving my son there.

This place is a terrible place to came to , takes them a long time to check on you ,make sure you look at the reviews leave a message, or push on the thumb up button, let the health department, nursing complaints center, and senior complaint center know, take as much pictures as you can put them up to see ,notify the health department, it's not what you know, it's what you can prove. The need to see the damage, seeing is believing.

If you want a safe place for your grandmother or whoever you need to place into a nursing home, this is not the place! Be cautious of where you place your elders.

Only concerned with keeping deficiencies down and not patient care. Staff is treated very poorly
