Had my first ever prenatal massage with Abbie! It was the most calming and tension relieving massage for my aching back, hips and lower muscles. She was very thorough and provided a full body massage but focused on the areas I specified. Just simply amazing!

The prenatal massage with Abbie was incredible. The space was so peaceful, relaxing, and inviting. She creates a really comforting environment and gives an amazing massage. There was also really great teas and other products, and she was very thorough in explaining and recommending products.

I’ve had the pleasure of receiving two incredible massages recently, and I can’t recommend these therapists enough! My lymphatic massage with Ingrid was not only deeply effective but also so informative. She took the time to explain the process and benefits, and I left feeling lighter and more in tune with my body. Her knowledge and gentle approach made a big difference. Then I had a massage with Abbie, and wow! It was amazing. She intuitively knew exactly where to focus and released so much tension I didn’t even realize I was holding. She knows how to treat me as an athlete and with complex health issues. She also has a wealth of knowledge and resources to assist me with questions and concerns on my wellness journey. Look no further than Rowan Wellness for all of your body therapy needs. Abbie is warm, beautiful, and welcoming. She makes each person she treats feel beyond comfortable. She listens attentively and outlines a treatment based upon your needs. I came for upper back pain and discomfort. She used massage with cupping and essential oils and the experience start to finish was so relaxing. Her massage techniques are different than any others I’ve experienced and I particularly liked the stretching and hand and foot work. You will not be disappointed booking with her.
