Shakia and Dr Young are the best. Highly recommend this place for your next physical. Special shout-out to Stephanie Hall the supervisor in scheduling who was able to make sure everything went smoothly. They will now be my health care providers for life.

The phone receptionist is the absolute worst. Being nice is free and if you are customer service it is your job. Hopefully, the clinic can either fix this issue or she can fix her lack of professionalism.

Terrible billing services. Visited in May, living out of the country now, and have received two additional bills nearly 7 months later when the treatment did not even work.

I have been seeing Tracy Hildebran for the past several years since my doctor retired. I really felt like I needed to do this review because I truly admire Tracy. She is definitely one of those people who chose her career because it was her “calling” and her passion. It is very obvious that no matter how long she has been working, no matter how tired she may be (she doesn’t show it), she treats the very last patient just the same as the very first patient. She is always thorough, takes the time to go over everything in my history and any concerns I may have, then she does her assessment. A lot of doctors just come in, sit down and type on the computer. RDC-Faith has the most courteous front desk. Daniel Crowe, PA and his medical assistant, Heather, are just wonderful, caring, kind, knowledgeable people.
