Route 66 Pharmacy

I would leave less than 1 star for "Dwight" Dwight, who identified himself as the manager. When I called to check on my child’s prescription, I was met with unprovoked rudeness and was yelled at about how busy the pharmacy was. My question was simple and reasonable, and the response I received was completely unacceptable. My husband called afterward to address the issue and was treated with the same disrespect. This pattern of unprofessional conduct is alarming. No customer—especially a parent trying to secure necessary medication for their child—should be spoken to in this manner.

Awesome except for the hateful lady that can not pronounce names in english. She lacks hearing I think. Her hearing aid may have been turned down.

After I posted my original review, I was contacted by one of their team members who apologized for the behavior I encountered. With that being said, action and accountability go a long for me. My original rating was 3 stars, which I changed to 5 stars after being contacted by a team member wanting to make things right. I recently started using the Route 66 Pharmacy, and typically they get my prescriptions done quickly, and kindly. However, today my experience was different. I spoke with an incredibly rude woman, in regards to how long she thought it would take to fill my prescription, so maybe I could run errands while they were filling it. Anyways, her attitude makes me not want to fill my prescriptions there. I hardly think talking to me in such a rude manner was called for. Unprofessio

I spoke with Henna. She seems to be Void of any compassion for the elderly clients that utilize 66 Pharmacy. I was 1 pill short at the end of my prescription. This could have been anyone’s fault. However, when I called to express my concern. I was told that it was my problem and that she would not do Anything At All to remedy the problem. When I called my insurance, I was told they’d have no problem refilling my prescription a day early. I felt her concern or willingness to help was absent to say the least. We in Santa Rosa that have few choices because we’re in a rural area, retired and are on fixed income in this time of our lives. I hope no one else will have to experience the pain or discomfort of being 1 pill short because of 1 disassociated employee that could care less about us unl

Got my medication sealed in a package when I opened it up one of my bottles were 60 short out of 90. There was only 30 pills in the bottle. I called in immediately to let them know it was wrong. I had to come in for them to count them and they are accusing me of taking the pills and was laughed at me. Unfortunately the pharmacy made a mistake and will not take accountability for their mistakes and blame the patient!
