Omg! I had to call teladoc to get my a refill for her heart medication. We just moved into the area. They sent the prescription to this pharmacy. I gave them all my grandma cards. They ran them but they Said she no longer has her hmo. We are in the process of changing insurance to cover this area. It take 30days. I told them she has insurance because we started the process the day before. He said he can't fill thr medication because she has no insurance. So I leave and I call the insurance and she has insurance! It hasn't changed. He didn't check to see if they take her insurance and he gave me a hard time. He didn't give me the price of the medication which I could have paid for it out of pocket and had my grandma insurance pay me back for it which they told me they would have because it'
