Route 516 Animal Hospital

This has been the best animal hospital I have ever been to. They really make you feel like family here and always show concern for their patients l and their owners too. They are my only choice for my dogs care and I would'nt go elseware. My thanks to everyone at Route 515 Animal Hospital.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of care and responsiveness at this clinic. My experience has been frustrating and honestly very upsetting. My dog received a rabies vaccination here and a few days later began developing what turned out to be a severe allergic reaction. Naturally, I called the office right away, concerned and looking for guidance. I was told there were no available appointments and that I would have to wait six days until my previously scheduled visit. When your pet is clearly having a reaction, being told to wait nearly a week is unacceptable. When we were finally seen, the doctor administered allergy shots and prescribed prednisone. Absolutely love bringing my pup here. Been going to them for the past five years and always had a great experience with all of the doctors, receptionists and vet techs! They all love my pup and he loves going to the vet because they take such good care of him. Shout out to Megan, Melissa and Dr. Radano! Always want whats best for my pup and I appreciate it!

Best vet around. The doctors are very caring and our vet tech Megan J was the kindest to both my dog and cat. Everyone was very patient.

The good: the doctors and techs are super friendly and helpful. Our dog is normally incredibly nervous around strangers but he handles these folks like a champ! The bad: Good luck ever getting your pet's medication filled here. You'll be told "it's on the doctor's desk to be filled today" and then you'll call back several times in a week to be told to wait another 24-48 hours, even when you specifically tell them your pet has been out of their critical medication for several days. No sympathy whatsoever and no attempts to make it right or even offer any sort of auto-fill service like a regular pharmacy.
