ROUND ROCK PHARMACY

I appreciate Round Rock Pharmacy having a delivery service to drop off my medications. I'm very busy in my career and going to school and it's hard trying to juggle running errands. They also delivery within 2 days if its during the week. Great job guys!

Round Rock Pharmacy has been my local pharmacy for the last two years. Unfortunately, they have lost me as a customer due to the horrible experience on last month. I was preparing to travel out of state trying to get a refill on a particular compound when I was told they didn’t have the ingredients in stock. When I stated I was going to try then to transfer the prescription to the state I was traveling to, Round Rock Pharmacy apparently immediately charged my card for the medication! They couldn’t make it! I was shocked when I discovered this a few days later. It took several weeks to get this credit back on my card. Very prompt service. The product arrived before I expected it to. Very clear instructions for use and the product performance was excellent!

Staff is easy to speak to and friendly, however the Nimble app integration causes issues. There are times when my refills have magically disappeared from the nimble system they use, making payment and delivery difficult. Ease of online ordering that has up-to-date information and real time access would make this a five star pharmacy.

Overall happy with Round Rock Pharmacy. I've only had to use them a few times but pick up is always easy and they offer same day delivery as well which is super convenient.
