Rothman Orthopaedics - Willow Grove Walk-In Center

The first mistake is that they don’t have the handheld iPads like other locations they expect you in pain to stand at a kiosk and enter long health information into a less than intuitive system. The first time I did it, they said it didn’t take, and I had to come up to the window and do it again when I returned a week later for the f/u appointment, I was answering the same questions. I answered the first two times standing up at a kiosk in pain! make it make sense for an orthopedic specialist! it’s a great idea to have a walk-in clinic, but not if everyone is rushing seems less than in tuned to you as an individual at your complaint. I was never seen by a doctor instead I was given an x-ray then I talked to phys ass. I had a minor fracture then sent to PT to be fitted with an air cast. I

This review is for the walk in facility. I have had a 5 star experience at multiple Rothman ortho locations in the past. The walk in / urgent care for orthopedic issue is not that impressive to me. Very long wait and at the end of it I needed follow up. I could have just went to a regular urgent care center and been seen, get X-rays, and set a follow up with a doctor in less time. Maybe some folks have found this as a benefit, but for my experience I think it wasn’t any better than an all other urgent cares. I will say if you’re trying to avoid sick people, than there is a purpose to attending this ortho walk in center. For that alone, I moved my rating from 3 up to 4 stars. Lastly to note, when busy (which is almost all day) plan to drop the injured at the door.

I had went in and seen the doctor. The team was awesome and They were so patient with me, even pulling the fluid out of my knee was so gentle. I will continue to go there and will recommend everyone to come here.

Pain is all gone thanks to the great doctors here.
