Great compassion , competence and kindness. All departments are great especially nursing. The service is above and beyond. If I need assistance they are always there to help. I have a smooth discharge with the help of Eva. I will recommend this place for all patients that need rehab.

All the staff here at Rossmoor helped me a lot especially MJ. I recommend this place to recover from surgery. It’s big nice facility. Staff are professional and I saw my previous nurse Eva that I love. It’s my second time to be in this facility. It’s a small world that my previous nurse discharge me today. I’m thankful for my Dr. Kooturu who is very professional taking care of my health. I’m thankful also for the housekeeper, makes my room clean.

My 91 year old mom broke her femur and was discharged 30 hours after surgery to Rossmore Post Acute. I can not say enough about the wonderful, high quality care that she got at the facility. It allowed her to go home (with in home PT/OT) in less than 2 weeks. A shout out to Itza, head nurse, who jumped on a serious complication and likely saved my mom's life. Itza was a wonderful partner in this stressful journey and I am so grateful for her. Lindsey, the other head nurse that we had, was also amazing and a great partner to me. I could bounce ideas and concerns off her and get excellent advice - and compassion. Maureen, the CNA who helped us after admission was amazing, lovely, kind, helped my mom settle in. We’re so grateful to Rossmoor Post Acute team for the wonderful care they provided to my mother in - law during her recovery. From the moment she was admitted, the management team Steve the administrator, Ian and staff made her feel comfortable, supported, and genuinely cared for. Everyone—from the nurses and caregivers to the therapy team—was patient, attentive, and compassionate. The facility itself is clean, welcoming, and well-organized, and communication with the staff was always easy. Our mom made great progress and we just celebrated her 85th birthday. Thanks to their dedicated team and warm environment. We truly appreciate all the kindness and professionalism shown throughout her stay.
