This was my first visit with Dr. Ross and I am beyond ecstatic! The front office staff are pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Emily, the eye technician, is very patient and explains all the preliminary tests well. The parking lot and waiting room are spacious and the entire office area is neat and clean. Dr. Ross went above and beyond to pinpoint my vision and find a prescription that better suited my needs. He explained my particular situation through understandable explanations of the mechanics of the eye using layman’s terms. He took ample time with me and was determined to help me. He answered every single question I had and I never felt rushed. He is very personable, kind, professional and knowledgeable and I feel that I’ve finally received help for my vision needs.
