I absolutely love the entire staff here. Dr Ross is priceless! She listens, she explains everything in terms I can fully understand. She is obviously very knowledgeable, but her "bedside manner" is truly appreciated. I have seen Steven a few times and he is great also. He is very knowledgeable and nice yet professional. I love the trio at the front desk and Georgine. They are the sweetest ladies. I just want sit and talk to them all day. This accident has been a headache to put it mildly, but this is definitely one the best Dr offices I have ever been to and in my 40+ years, I have seen quite a few in several states. They are in my top 2! Thank you to all of them for their help in this process. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Ross and her staff.

I have seen Dr. Ross for injuries sustained from 2 car accidents now. I can't say enough good things about her. Her genuine care and concern for her patients, her willingness to take the time to listen and answer questions and her professionalism are some of the reasons I keep going back. When I have a friend or family member in need of an orthopedic doctor, she is who I recommend. Her staff is friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Easy parking, nice clean, comfortable office. Staff is polite and professional. Doctor Laura is the best. Kind and thoughtful. Does not rush you thru your appt. I have been seeing her for sometime.
