Roseville Point Health & Wellness Center

Roseville point health and wellness center has been great to me. I came to Roseville point because I broke both my ankle and they had made sure that I was taken care of. Richmond and Maia had made sure that I went to all my appointments. Richmond always checked on me every week and made sure I was doing okay. When I informed him that I wanted to discharge back to my home. He made sure I had care at home and I had home health. The facility staffs has been great to me and my care. A huge thanks to Richmond and Maia for everything they has done.

When i first came to roseville point, i wanted to leave. I met Richmond the social service manager, who was so helpful and answered all my questions and reassured me that he will help me discharge safely near my sister's home. Yes he did what he said he was going to do. Richmond and Maia the case manager was amazing.

My father’s overall health had improved a lot after his care here. He became stronger and was able to walk better than when he was admitted. Thanks to the staff for taking care of our dad to get him to this level and special thanks to Richmond, their social worker, for always being available to answer our questions and concerns and going the extra mile for us to find us the proper resources and transition after the SNF.

The staff their are very friendly and attentive to the patients. My father in law has gotten a lot better since he was transferred here. With physical therapy and the workers my father in law is coming back to himself.

They take extremely great care of my brother, I'm well pleased . The staff here is impeccable and My family and I truly appreciate you all Please keep up the great work in taking care of each patient and their individual needs Have a blessed day thanks again!!!
