We were nervous to get a new pediatrician after moving but Roseville Pediatric exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in everyone was extremely kind and patient. From the receptionist to the nurse and doctor. We especially loved the nurse who really knew how to talk to our toddler explain everything to her, at her level, and made it fun. For example she explained getting blood pressure check like getting a hug on your arm and asked "is that ok" to toddler, toddler says yes and they continue. Then Dr. Del Mar was great informative and we felt respected as parents to make decisions for our child. Great first visit, be prepared for a bit of a wait on the phone to make an appointment but the service is worth it.

Absolutely love them. Ive taken my kids here for a few years now they are always very quick to get us scheduled and excellent customer service. It’s never a long wait to be seen my kids and they always schedule them back to back when I need them to be seen which is super helpful. Every room is so cute with different themes which my kids love. Always satisfied when we visit.

We had what I thought was a good pediatrician. Unfortunately he recently joined this awful practice. I couldn't even make an appointment because they left me on hold twice for 25 minutes both times! It actually took an entire hour to get a person on the phone because each time I called back it would go straight to hold music. I couldn’t tell what on earth was going on. Had they forgotten about me, was the phone system down?? Never in my life have I spent AN HOUR at any practice just trying to make a simple appointment! When I finally spoke with someone, they said that our pediatrician was on PTO for weeks and that there were no other doctors to see--only nurse practitioners. This place is shady! Very unprofessional and incompetent.

I don't understand why there are such reviews. I've been in this clinic since the birth of my first child, for almost 7 years now. And I also go here with my second child. I love our clinic. They are always punctual, fast, always friendly ,аnd if you need a referral for some tests they will write... I've never had any problems with them. I recommend them to everyone 🥰
