Rosenman & Leventhal

I have been going to Dr Leventhal for 20 years. I didn’t go since 2020 due to Covid and they got rid of my chart. I was treated as a new patient. Other than that she is wonderful. She took several little things off my face and neck and biopsies of an injury on my leg. She was quick and with very little discomfort.

After this review, I received a call from one of the owners assuring me this type of service is not the norm. I decided to give them another chance. Took my Father back on August 9th. After a blood test on August 16th we now were waiting for results and schedule treatments. As of September 8th...still nothing. Numerous inquiries led nowhere. A phone call to request anyone from the office to please update us was made on August 31 and finally I was told " the paperwork was filled out incorrectly"( by them I might add) and they would expedite his case and get back to me. September 8 is here and not one update, meanwhile, my 87 year old Father suffers.

Dr levinthal is very good but will only look at what you called for nothing else that may have begun since making the appointment, that you have to make another appointment for. B Dubinsky
