The eye exam was perfect and the customer service is pretty good. I am just not happy with the wait times for lenses and frames to come back. Not even an update about what is going on. Especially when I wanted to purchase a pair of sunglasses. Was told they would call me back after they checked to see if they'd work for me. Nothing. Kind of disappointed
GREEDY!!! Prices are way too high! $130 just for an eye exam is assanine considering most eye clinics will do the exam for cheap or free when you get frames and lenses.
We're luck to have them in our community! Great service and friendly employees.
