All that we ask of our patients are to be patient with us. You have no idea what goes on behind the scenes. We see babies, adolescents, adults and geriatric patients. You never know how our day is going to go. There are times we have to send patients out on ambulance and they take priority over anyone. Any time you go to an office you take something to occupy yourself don't expect just because your appointment is at 1030 that you will be seen at 1030. I watch my provider on a daily just pour herself into her patients and most are unappreciative, as if she is not human and have a life of her on. I watch her walk out of here drained and tired and still go home and work for her patients. Our office is small but we work as though we are a large office. We do all that we can. If you

Rose Hill Medical Center is a Non-Profit Rural Health Clinic. We aren't money driven for we are a non-profit. Sometimes we bring in just enough money to pay the bills. We put our patients first. Sometimes we work through lunch and after hours. We have a late clinic on Tuesday's to help support the working community. Our providers Kristine Lewis and Michael Lewis are both truly awesome people in our community. Kristine and Michael Lewis volunteer in our community free of charge to help children get physicals to participate in sports at Duplin County Schools. Our staff goes above and beyond to meet our patients need. We are truly blessed for all our staff members and our patients. We hope we can continue to serve you. Have a great day!

People can claim that this facility is so wonderful but the first time I went here I went with my husband. His appointment was at 9 am. We were there at 8:30 because he always likes to be super early. And at 3 pm we were told that the doctor still wasn't in. Soooooo... Who had their undivided attention all that morning?

The ppl are rude as hell and even though the door says they open at 130, you show up and there is a line of ppl waiting out side. When you call they tell you that they need their lunch break! And are rude as hell. No consideration for their patients or what they have going on. They you are rude told that they will not. Be opening till almost 2. When your appointment is at 130. Dr. Lewis is a nice dr. And has never been a problem. The receptionist however is unprofessional and will test the patients of the nicest person.

I have been a patient at this medical facility for over 25 yrs.. I love the customer service, the staff is the best.. I even start bring my daughter when she was an infant. . We will always be patient here Rosehill Medical where you are not a number.💜💜💜💜
