Such an amazing place to send your loved ones for short term or long term care. Kira, that facility Administrator makes everyone feel included, welcomed and treated as if it were her own family member being cared for. She stands up for her residents, staff and goes above and beyond for all. Kira has truly made Rose Haven the place it is today. She strives for better daily and genuinely loves what she does! Always thinking of how RH can do better than yesterday and that patient care is at 110% at all times. Volare is lucky to have her on their team, leading this building into the greatness it is. Really bad experience my brother was there for stroke recovery and him never received the fiscal therapy Miss kira and Miss Megan only wants they money they never care about my brother and him passed away last year.

The Rosehaven rehabilitation center was an exceptional experience for my mother. Well, at least from my standpoint as her support advocate from having a communicating team from the beginning with cherish and Karen to a communicating team at discharge every single staff member except for one nurse was gentle and thorough and always willing to go the extra mile to help my mother be comfortable. Nikki, the nighttime nurse was my favorite and I’d have to say it was Sam as my favorite for daytime. The building might be older, but the place was alive with seasonal decorations, smiles, and an excellent rehab rehabilitation team. Thank you, Rosehaven for a successful rehabilitating and healing time for my mother. !

My mom was recently taken in by Rose Haven to assist with her end of life care. She was on hospice as she was coming to the end of her hard fought battle with cancer. The staff at Rose Haven was exceptional. When I was able to check in on my mom, there was always someone checking on her, and often. They kept her comfortable and warm. They were great with communication and even sent me flowers upon her passing. This is not an easy job, but I am thankful Rose Haven was there.

They treated my mother horribly during her stay. The staff was extremely rude to all of us. Mom would ring her call light for certain things, they would come and promise to return with whatever she asks for and they'd never come. My mother is extremely deaf and all of the family needs to talk very loud to her, a CNA reported us saying we were screaming at her. No cnas read the chart to see that she is deaf. Mom didn't want strangers giving her a shower, she wanted her daughters to do it. They told us no that she HAD to let them do it.
