Great mom & pop pharmacy! The Pharmacist Bill always makes your visit memorable with laughs & jokes. They rest of the team are friendly and helpful also. They are a large gift shop style pharmacy.. they carry the most unique, beautiful items for adults and kids.

Always friendly and answers any questions I have. It’s very convenient and a great place to buy gifts and home decorations. My husband tried Rite Aid (in West Branch) and it was the WORST experience EVERY time he tried it. Any “hiccups” we’ve had at Rose City Pharmacy have always been smoothed over and taken care of.

I love this store, it's a beautiful place to get a perfect gift for yourself or your loved one. The pharmacist is my favorite and the employees are great also!!!

Absolutely amazing. Out of five stars I would give it a ten. Refills are super easy to acquire over the telephone and you are notified promptly once your prescriptions have been filled (...and your prescriptions are always filled promptly). Service is without compare. Pharmacy crew is friendly, caring and always quick to share a smile. I live in Mio and they offer delivery service, but I prefer to make the trip in to visit and browse through the amazing gift shop. I never leave without my prescriptions or some cute new gift item to bring a little joy to the day. I'm still pretty new(ish) to Michigan and having found a pharmacy that is really dedicated to serve my needs makes things a little bit easier. I recommend to anybody and everybody! Thank you so much for what you all do at Rose
