My diabetic and blind dog gets the best care, great attention to detail, excellent communication with me, they always take the time to explain and to answer my questions or hear my concerns about what's going on with my dog and his condition. They're very welcoming, very accommodating for scheduling, and they respond fairly quickly when I use their website to request an appointment. A lot of people who used to bring their pets to Dr Michael, prior owner now retired, are bringing their pets and appear very pleased with the care their fur babies are receiving. I think they're a great team of doctors, technicians, assistants, and staff. I respect and trust their advice and treatment of my fur baby, Boo Boo.

My dog has seen Dr. Hanks for a couple years now and he's always been very caring and knowledgeable about her issues. I also brought in a new puppy for a wellness check and the puppy felt instantly comfortable around him and the rest of the vet techs. Their pricing is also very transparent and fair.
