This review is long overdue, I'm sorry, and Levi is absolutely thriving and healing well thanks to Dr Jones and his wonderful staff who made sure to communicate everything to him timely for us! Dr. Jones is truly one of a kind. Even after moving out of state (he was my vet in Oklahoma for years), he continued to go above and beyond for me and my boxer—helping diagnose his very puzzling symptoms, guiding us to the right specialists, and ultimately helping save his life. He called to check in several times, making sure we understood every step, and used his incredible network of contacts to ensure we had the best care possible! I absolutely would not go anywhere else for vert care. My dogs have been taken care of each and every time we've come. I love the text line where I can reach out ask questions and book appointments. All of the staff are so lovely to work with. Aubrey at the front desk is a joy! beyond friendly and you can tell she loves people and animals. I highly recommend

Dr Jones and his team saved my sweet baby!! She was in critical condition upon arrival and they acted swiftly, kept me updated, and took great care of her to get her back stable. We have decided we will be bringing all of our animals here from now on, as this was not our regular veterinary office. Thank you to this amazing team!!!

Final Update: my dog’s cherry finally healed 30+ days later post the follow up visit + a trip the urgent care with a new medicine. Still wish this clinic the best and pray that they adjust their pet over profit prioritization & operational transparency practices. In full discloser, I even noticed how they tried to push cremation for profit too. Had to fight to get my dead dog out of their freezer. They even threw away my casket marine boat sealant too. Still sending them sincere love (just so sad) and adored their vet tech Ashley. Please stay away from their Hills $$ food push too. Do your research. 🙏✨🕊️shalom Newer Update: please steer clear! When you dogs like going to the vet you know you have chosen correctly. My dogs have been patients for 5 years and the front desk is so helpful. The techs and vets all so professional. Aubrey at the front desk is always smiling and you can tell she loves her job /!: the animals .Elizabeth helped me on this visit with Cash my Havenese and she was amazing! Cash loved her.
