Rosauers Pharmacy

I had to pick up several prescriptions. Staff was quick to fill the Dr order and helped me learn how to use an inhaler. Later my husband went back to pick up my antibiotics and although they had just closed for the evening, the pharmacist was kind enough to still give my husband the medication and explain thoroughly the instructions. So thankful for the staff here for helping in my recovery from pneumonia 💕

We love Rosauers pharmacy! My son gets his medication filled here and they are always on top of it. The staff is always really nice and they are so kind!

The lady there had a very bad attitude with little communication. She didn't help to communicate with the insurance before filling the doctor's order which is more than what she filled. She said she had no staff and could not call. She said go find another pharmacy. What a service and what an attitude.

I bad apple and I will take my business elsewhere. Karen is not only rude, when I asked for clarification, she told me, "whatever" and hung up on me. She is unprofessional and shouldn't be conversing with the public. Hung up on me 3 times when I was nothing but polite, just confused. There are some incredible people there, Mhin and Troy, but Karen needs to go!

I've never had a long wait and they always check in with me about allergies. The pharmacist took her time explaining my medication, how to take it, and what was not safe to take with it. Appreciate their time and attention.
