Roper St. Francis Express Care

Went in today for a COVID/Flu test. It was a little bit of a wait, but understandably so. The physician and staff were all very welcoming, caring and professional. It is always a pleasant experience whenever I do have to come. Thank you, ALL, for what you do every day.

This is the third time I have visited this location over the last two years, and I have always had a good experience. This facility is clean and organized. The staff at the front desk are always welcoming while getting all the information they need. I was impressed with the medical staff on duty. They made me as comfortable as possible and addressed my issues in a professional and caring manner. The PA took to time to explain what was going on and elaborated when I did not understand. If you have to go to an urgent care facility, I highly recommend the Roper Express at this specific location. You will not be disappointed!

Verified on the website that the hours are from 7-5, left home at 6 am to be there by 7, only to be told they changed the hours to 8am! I waited as I had to get blood drawn. The front desk didn’t even let the tech know I was there and I was the only patient, the tech was amazing and very kind and considerate! Do better Roper get your website hours corrected,

From start to finish, I appreciated everyone’s kindness and willingness to listen. I never felt rushed and I felt everyone was thorough and professional. We had to wait a long time to be seen but they apologized. While I hope I never have to visit this facility again, I would not hesitate to recommend it to someone in need.

My visit to the Roper St. Francis Express Care went well. My visit only took an hour from start to finish which I thought was exceptionally quick given then couple of times I've been in there and had to wait an hour just to see someone. Everyone was professional and courteous and took the time to make sure I was well taken care of.
