I had a great experience with physical therapist, Teresa, at Roots Holistic Wellness and Physical Therapy! She is so kind and knowledgeable! I was having shoulder pain and plantar fasciitis and after a few sessions of PT and Dry Needling I am feeling so much better. She has a great knowledge of the body systems and gave me exercises to help my problem areas. I highly recommend Teresa for any of those pains that need a physical therpist’s help!
