Such a beautiful and healing experience! I booked a 90-minute session that included foot zoning, hot stone leg massage, Reiki, and sound healing with singing bowls, and it was incredible from start to finish. Every detail was thoughtful and intentional, and the energy in the space felt so calming, welcoming, and truly relaxing. Each part of the session helped release tension and I left feeling restored in both body and mind. Krissi is the BEST! She has this vibe about her that will instantly put you at ease. She's easy to open up to and her hands have a magic touch. The ambuance of her spa suite adds to the experience as well. I've had plenty of foot zones in my life and her touch is something special. I have done a foot zone series with her to help with some hormone imbalances and I'd have to say it's helped me a lot. My left foot, lower leg felt almost like plastic when I first started going. Not a lot of blood flow and really felt like it wasn't even attached to my body. Now it feels SO good and healthy again. I also love the element of emotional awareness she brings to each foot zone. She has been amazing to work with and I would highly recommend her to everyone!

I love foot zoning and reiki sessions with Krissi! I have been to her 4 or 5 times, and each time is a great experience. She holds sacred space during the time you are with her.
