I am a client here and highly recommend Rooted for any pelvic floor issues. My ab separation is slowly healing. After a pregnancy at 43 I experienced a lot of muscle loss and had so much inflammation from poor posture, poor form and basically just poor me. 😆 Its so nice to have a therapist who focuses on whole body health and I've learned so much about form. Regaining & maintaining strength for a busy mom is such a blessing

Dr. Amanda has also been very helpful with some issues in my neck, upper back, and TMJ pain. It is amazing to be pain free after seeing her! I’ve been a Rooted PT client for several years! Dr. Amanda is on my personal wellness team. She and her staff are AMAZING! The whole body approach to wellness is so refreshing. She and Kim have been the key to my healing. Some things they’ve worked with me on throughout the years have been: knee pain, chronic tail bone and back pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, shoulder pain, hip pain and much more. We worked together extensively on emotional healing as well, which is a huge component to all the rest! Rooted has also treated my daughters for hip pain and knee pain.
