Stephanie really knows what she's doing! Her kindness and genuine interest in your health is exceptional! I need deep tissue massage and that's exactly what I got. Stephanie makes you feel comfortable and the environment she provides caters to relaxation and sound mind. I feel very blessed to have Stephanie in our small town area! I have fibromyalgia so I am no stranger to aches and pains. Mrs. Ogden listened to me and understood how to work around the autoimmune. I felt a lot more relaxed after leaving my massage. She also had knowledge about things I could do to keep the flare ups to a minimum. She is always learning and trying to better herself and her practice. Which is really important to me. I highly recommend her.
The environment was so peaceful and relaxing. Stephanie seemed to really know what she is doing. I had a deep tissue massage and I feel like she worked really hard to help ease the tension from my muscles.
Wonderful experience. I highly recommend.
