A bunch of grumpy doctors and nurses that get off on playing games with the lives of addicts that have no choice but to comply with their BS policies, that can change at a moments notice without rhyme or reason. Stay away. If you're looking for help, just get it over and check into a detox, because you're honestly better off just staying on dope and trying to live your life than you are dealing with the nonsense here.

I have been going here for a while now and I just don't understand the culture of the clinicians ,for example Rachel ,she's a bully and I have been in a situation where she's tried to intimidate me I have seen her cus at the patients in the clinic and of course nothing gets done ,grievances are ignored.So beware there's no compassion in this place.

Nursing and clinical staff are not on the same page, they don't communicate which causes problems with clients. An excellent place if you want to get off opiates though. Your life will change for the better. Lots of support and resources. The clinicians are cool.

Good clinic. I transferred from the Norwich branch a bit ago. Clean environment. Only issue is there's always a line although it tends to move quickly. There's also a lot of sketchy activity in the parking lot so definitely dont hang around or your very likely to pick up and relapse.
