Roosevelt Field mall Dental

I’ll have to tell you, root canal being done at the “best office” turned into a horror story, after explaining it to the Roosevelt Field Dental the took me in for real concern, xrays shows that previous dentist didn’t even bother to eliminate my root canal infection, they provided with so much care and has been amazing. Five stars is not even enough. Wait times will be longer because they have such a great team to assist everyone as best they goo. Although, I’ve got poked a few times, doesn’t mean it’s bad work. They are AMAZING.

This is the second time I bought my teenage daughter in this facility and I am so very disappointed. The receptionists are fine, they are very helpful and they know what they are doing. Once inside, oh my God, these people are very unprofessional. The first time we were there, it was the brown skinned lady who assisted my girl, I don’t know who she was because she didn’t introduced herself. She just walked inside the room without saying anything and seen my girl, not explaining anything to me until I asked her what was going on and what was need to do and she’s like annoyed talking briefly to me. So I asked the receptionist instead and she explained very well. Today was the worst one. I accompanied my girl inside again and this white lady came in without saying anything. As I stand there i

Scam. Medicaid (free) approved fillers but they tried charging $100 on top for additional service. Beware. Avoid.

This office & the staffs are so unprofessional , waiting time is so long and they never keep the appointment time , says they been backed up & make you wait for long hours. The worst thing is after we get our filling it comes off the same day , very bad practice and service. Never recommend this place for no one.

Oh my god. DO NOT COME TO THIS DENTIST.i wish i read the reviews before i came here. One of the biggest mistakes i made in a long time. #1 the lady actually stabbed me in my lip TWICE with the needle #2 The lady was so rough with me she was leaning against my head so hard that she was pulling my hair #3 she had AirPods in her ears and couldn’t hear me when i was saying stop stop stop because her procedure was so dam painful #4 when she finished she said bite down & tell me how you feel then put a card on my chest and said go see the front desk. Before i could turn around she was gone.. better off because all i wanted to do was tell her how that was the worst dental experience ive ever had .i feel like i just got punched in the face.. the list of bad things goes on but people listen to me!!
