Ron's Pharmacy Services

Over the course of several years, Ron's has done a decent job of getting correct meds to my mothers assisted living facility. I never had success paying with the QR code or online. I had to call and pay online every time. When Hospice took over my mothers care, Ron's still supplied the meds through them. Now seven months later, Ron's is still trying to collect money from me that was due from hospice. Every month, I would call to pay moms part of the bill and tell the clerk to make a note of the difference and contact Hospice for payment. They claimed to note the file. I did that for six months. Mom passed two months ago and Ron's still has not contacted hospice, to my knowledge, and is still sending my late payment bills for the amount. Their billing department could use some new p

Billing department bypassed My mother’s medical and tri care for life benefits. Sent a bill of an outrageous amount. Ron’s adamant to give a credit on the next cycle. Over sixty days and not a single line of back credit.

Horrible Website! I pay EVERYTHING on line and I am also pretty computer saavy but I cannot access a full read out of my 104 YO mother's bill on their VERY un-user website. I tried every way and nothing would come up. I contacted them and asked for the bill to be sent to my email directly. It was sent in a timely manner, but it came so encrypted that I could not access it! I called them again and the person I spoke with couldn't even help me with accessing the bill on their website! So now, I'm waiting for someone to call me back. We'll see if they do!

We've been using Ron's Pharmacy for years for our RCEF and their services give us peace of mind. They deliver even late at night within a few hours of receiving a doctors order. They are good at requesting for refills and making sure we receive the needed medications on time. Thank you!

Forms must be filled out and verified, naturally!!! Patient Assistance Program is in place to assist low income families. I had to research this myself as neither Ron's Pharmacy nor New Haven Youth and Family Services offered this information.
